"Our vegetarian kimchi is fermented with local, organic vegetables blended with a spicy cayenne pepper paste. It’s a funky little darling and is pink from the purple napa cabbage. On a 1 to 10 scale, we put the spice factor at 7.
Veggies in this kimchi are sourced from Fresh Meadow Farm (Middletown, NJ), J + A Farm (Pine Island, NY), and Hepworth Farm (Milton, NY). Our kimchi paste is made with all organic ingredients and the cayenne peppers are sourced locally from D'Attolico Organic Farm of Pine Island, New York. We use Celtic Sea Salt by Selina Naturally in all of our vegetable ferments."
