Our poultry is free range and fed an organic diet.
We keep a very limited amount of poultry birds to ensure a safe and stress-limited environment. Our goal is to keep these animals safe, healthy, and content.

Duck eggs are slightly larger and richer than chicken eggs. They contain slightly more fat and protein. Duck eggs are wonderful to bake with.
